I have worked in global multinationals at the nexus of Inclusive Leadership, Collective Cultures and Diverse Teams for nearly 20 years.

A career highlight was successfully integrating ‘modern inclusive leadership’ mindsets and skillsets in global tech multinational, SAP.

By genuinely reigniting the future of an industry leading organisation facing existential change, we demonstrated the power of a diverse workforce and inclusive culture, and transformed the organisation’s future.

I have managed teams and worked extensively with leaders globally, in my capacity as a former Human Resources Leader and General Manager in the Wholesale / Retail Industries.

As an avid believe that ‘we are stronger together’, my lived experience as an under-represented individual, (with multiple diversity dimensions) who successfully worked in male dominated, technical industries - offers insights for dominant groups.
