As both an academic and industry professional, I bring evidence-based solutions to create thriving teams and workplaces.
I have worked in global multinationals at the nexus of Inclusive Leadership, Collective Cultures and Diverse Teams for nearly 20 years. A career highlight was successfully integrating ‘modern inclusive leadership’ mindsets and skillsets for 7,000 leaders, in global tech multinational, SAP.
By genuinely reigniting the future of an industry leading organisation facing existential change, we demonstrated the power of a global workforce and modern leadership culture, to transform an organisation’s financial future.
As a General Manager in the Wholesale / Retail Industries and in my capacity as a former Human Resources Leader, I have managed teams and worked extensively with leaders in over 20 countries. As an avid believer that ‘we are stronger together’, together with my lived experience as a breadwinner and underrepresented individual, (with multiple visible and invisible diversity dimensions) who has successfully worked in male dominated, technical industries - I am well positioned to offer insights to both those in leadership positions, and those seeking future opportunities.
