Collaboration for Good™ Forums
We partner “For Profit Enterprises” with “Not for Profit Entities” to create a more inclusive future for our society’s most vulnerable.
We leverage the Science of Collective Intelligence to generate breakthrough thinking and innovation to create inclusive futures.
Over 6 virtual sessions, you will develop mindsets and skillsets for the “New World”, whilst creating solutions to society’s existing challenges.
A Pragmatic Dream!
Whilst there are many necessary systemic changes which have been highlighted by Covid-19’s impact on business and society - we are also pragmatic!
Unless you have millions on hand (sadly we don’t!) - to achieve impact tomorrow, we know you have to start with something achievable today!
We also know - small things collectively make a difference over time.
I have an Idea!
Very often breakthrough ideas appear as a result of a personal experience and come from the most unexpected places. It often takes someone 1 or 2 steps removed from the problem, to spark a new perspective and solve an old challenge in a new way.
If you have an idea you believe would support a Not for Profit in their aspirations, OR you are a Not for Profit with an idea to make a difference, give us a call.
Register and Pitch!
Step 1 is to develop a broad goal, with flexible guidelines. This combination enables teams to develop some out of the box, truly innovative solutions.
Prepare 5 slides about the desired impact of your goal and pitch it at our Virtual Speed Pitching night.
Sign up and Start!
We’ll assist in compiling the final teams, to ensure we create the magic mix of diversity in all its forms.
Why? Because the science tells us over and over again, a diverse team will out-perform a homogenous team, of the best and brightest - pretty much every single time!
Once your team has been assembled, you’ll have an opportunity to ‘meet ‘n greet’ and share the unique strengths you bring to the team and challenge at hand.
Meet-up and Collaborate!
To help you get started, you’ll join our 6-part “Collaboration for Good” Forum. Expert facilitators will lead you through a journey which turns your diversity into something extraordinary.
Why don’t we just leave you to your own devices? Diverse teams take a little longer to perform than homogenous ones - so we prime your team to practice “Inclusion IQ” so you ‘perform’ faster.
You leave the “Collaboration for Good” program, having learned and practiced critical ‘new world’ skills to support your success in any future domain.
Regular Check-ins!
You’ll join our virtual check-ins every 3 weeks. Learn critical mindsets and skillsets to practice inclusion, whilst ideating and bringing your solution to life.
We encourage teams to actually get out and put their idea into action. Learning fast (aka failing fast) in our new world, is a critical mindset and skillset.
Pitch Perfect!
At the end of your program, there will be a final presentation night.
All teams in your cohort will come together to hear your 10 minute pitch. It’s your opportunity to show off the impact your solutions will have.
Learning fast is as important as failing fast in this new world, so we also want to hear about any learnings you had along the way.
From here, you and your team decide whether you will stay together to continue your journey, or dissolve and find your next.
