It’s become clear, increasing the confidence of under-represented talent is not sufficient to move the needle on diversity and inclusion.

Under-represented talent need the support of people in positions of influence, to provide them with the visability and voice which enables their valuable ‘culture-add’ contributions to be seen, heard and appreciated.
